"My main role in the company is running and overseeing the day to day operations. I also play a key role in the majority of the graphic design work. EnvisionTees.com is a family owned business located in the heart of the Midwest. Our central location and proximity to the UPS shipping hub allows us great delivery times anywhere in the continental United States. We are a company specializing in custom apparel screen printing, embroidery and promotional products.
We take pride in every aspect of our company serving our customers and strive to keep a competitive edge in our industry with every order we produce.

How did you get your start in the T-shirt industry?
"Online forums and trade shows."
From where do you draw your inspiration? Motivation? Ideas?
"The latest trends on the internet and television."
What are some challenges you currently face or have overcome in your career? Lessons learned?
"Being everything to everyone. When we first started we tried to be everything to everyone which we later found out is near impossible to do, so we've cut back in those areas and have been focusing on fewer select markets and products."
What are you looking to find in the LinkedIn T-Shirt Professionals group? What types of people do you want to connect with?
"The app has only recently been released to the public. So we are calling on the t-shirt design community to help build up the collection of designs in Shirt Shack. Early users of the application will have a chance to have their Cafepress designs highly visible in the app."
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
"The steady growth of the business in the first 3 years and the national accounts we have secured."
What advice would you offer to someone new to the industry? Any tips or trade “secrets” you want to share?
"Don't be afraid to take a chance to dive in. The only thing that can hold you back is yourself."

"A younger generations perspective on business and the industry."

"People from different demographics that I can share and learn different aspects of the industry and industries connected to screen printing."

"I am just getting started, but you have to start somewhere and the first step is making the connection and then developing that connection."
